3) ALL INCOMING, NON-ENGLISH EMAILS WILL BE DELETED AUTOMATICALLY
4) In cases where an order has been placed for a prescription-only-medicine and where no prescription is received within 14 days of the order being placed, we reserve the right to charge 10% of the order value, to cover the extra work involved, from the payment total, up to a maximum of £10.00. If you have not received prescription goods because we are waiting for your prescription and you raise a complaint with PayPal about our failure to deliver the goods, we will not honour any future orders from you. In such cases, refunds will made be according to our terms and conditions.
5) With respect to orders placed from outside the UK, medicines4yourpet is not reponsible for any problems arising from legislation affecting the country of origin of these orders. Payment for impounded or returned goods will not be refunded in such circumstances.
6) We like you to order using the web site. If you feel you must order by telephone, then we will process your order this way but we will charge £2.00 per order to do so.
7) We aim to keep costs down so that our prices are as low as possible. For this reason we will not reply to acknowledge receipt of prescriptions or to update on order progress unless there is a delay in supply.
8) Images associated with products may be representative. This means that we use pictures to demonstrate an association with a product. For example we sell Millophylline tablets individually and we show a picture of a 500-tablet-tub, not a picture of one tablet.
9)We process orders on week days only, except bank and public holidays.
10) We will only process an order for Prescription Only Medicines (POM-V) when we receive your prescription. POMVs require a written prescription from your own vet. Products in the shop which require a prescription have an image showing the 'prescription required' logo adjacent to the product related text and the words 'prescription required' in the item title. Any omission of prescription requirements by medicines4yourpet will not mean such a product will be supplied without a prescription.
11) At the check-out, there is a compulsory selection process whereby customers must indicate the prescription requirements for the order. If a wrong selection is made, an email may be sent indicating the wrong selection, advising on the correct procedure and offering a refund and order cancellation if a genuine misunderstanding is involved. We reserve the right not to make contact if a wrong selection is made. Refunding will be done 14 days after order placement when an email will be sent giving information regarding the refund. No order processing will take place on the basis of an incorrect or innapropriate check-out selection.
12) Due to legal requirements, we cannot accept the return of medicines other than to correct an error by medicines4yourpet or in response to an official recall. Therefore, refunds are not available for POM-V medicines other than in response to an official recall.
13) We will refund your payment direct via Protx or PayPal if we do not receive your prescription within 14 days of the order. We aim to process orders within a maximum of 7 days days of the order date. The majority of orders will be processed immediately (on receipt of a prescription if required). If there is to be a delay in order fulfillment, customers will be notified by email. Delayed processing will occur if payment clearing is required.
14) We do not accept cheques.
15) If you are unsatisfied with our goods for any reason whatsoever, please return them to us immediately in secure and safe packaging. This does not apply to prescription only medicines which cannot be returned. We will refund your payment on receipt of the goods if the goods are of re-saleable quality. If the goods have been tampered with, we will not refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
16) Medicines4yourpet reserves the right to cancel any order made if there has been a genuine mistake made regarding the price shown in the shop. In such circumstances all payments made will be refunded.
17) The automatic email sent on receipt of your order is not a confirmation that your order has been accepted.
18) We will not release your personal details to any third party. The only contact we will make with you will be to liaise with you regarding an order and occasional promotional and information emails.
Please note that we charge a minimum fee of £1.50 per delivery. This fee is applied to all orders.
