Your veterinary surgeon is not permitted by law to charge you for a prescription or to refuse to provide one. Your goods will be dispatched as soon as we receive the prescription. Take the blank prescription to your own vet and ask her/him to complete it with the details of the medicine you require. After it has been completed, please send us the original or a faxed copy.
