Please choose one of the following links to down load a blank prescription. For a Microsoft Word version, please use this link (click ok twice if asked for a password!). For a pdf version,  please use this link.  Click on the AdobeReader icon below if is not already installed on your computer.

If you have any problems obtaining a blank prescription, we will send you one by email or post. Take the blank prescription to your own vet and ask her/him to complete it with the details of the medicine you require. Alternatively, ask your vet to write you a prescription.  Your veterinary surgeon is not permitted by law to charge you for a prescription or to refuse to write one. After it has been completed, please send us the original, a copy attached to an e-mail or a faxed copy. Medicines4yourpet.com has written confirmation from the VMD (Veterinary Medicines Directorate) stating that faxed prescriptions are acceptable (except for Epiphen). If we do not receive your prescription within 14 days of the order, your payment will be refunded and the order cancelled. GET INTO THE HABIT - ask your vet for a prescription each time he/she prescribes a course of treatment for your pet! Please obtain your prescription from your own veterinary surgeon before placing an order, or be prepared to do so as soon as you can. See above for details on how to download a blank prescription.

We will supply medicines to any country. Please be aware that the importing country may require authorisation. Ask your country's licensing authority (eg FDA in the USA) for advice. We can supply the required documentation on request.

If you require a human preparation of a prescription only medicine (POM) for your pet, please email us with details and we will reply with a price and availability. A prescription is required for POMs.

Your goods will be dispatched as soon as we receive the prescription.

Unlike other sites which sell prescription only medicines, WE WILL NOT ASK YOU TO SEND US YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS IN THE POST.

All packages under 500g (gross) are posted free of charge by 1st Class Mail (UK addresses). There is the option to pay extra to have your package delivered by 1.00pm the day after posting or on a Saturday morning (excluding the North of Scotland, where it will be delivered by 5.30pm). If you require postage of a package weighing over 2kg to the "rest of the world" (or over 20kg to the UK), we will quote you a postage charge and request further payment to cover this cost.
